Meet Brooke Nix PA-C
Founder and Physician Assistant
Brooke graduated from Maryville College with a BA and went on to earn her BS and MA from the University of Nebraska. She completed her Physician Assistant internship at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs. Brooke has specialized in Aesthetics, Dermatology, and Plastic & Craniofacial Surgery. Board certified, she is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the American Med Spa Association. Highly sought after, Brooke continues to be recognized as a national trainer, speaker, and advisor for injectables with Allergan Medical Institute. Her knowledge, expertise and skilled craft has placed her in the top 1% of injectors in the nation.

Addison Leinart
A native of Knoxville, Tennessee, Addison brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to our growing team. Addison is board-certified and has sub-specialty clinical experience in Plastic and Craniofacial Surgery. Her expertise is in administering neurotoxins, dermal fillers, Kybella, laser treatments, microneedling with radiofrequency, hair restoration, and lesion removal. Her passion for patient education, customized treatment plans, and outstanding patient outcomes makes her a perfect fit for our team. Addison’s goal is to deliver a natural result, making lasting impacts for each of her patients.
Taylor Hatfield
Taylor Hatfield, PA-C, is the newest addition to our team, bringing a strong foundation in patient care and a passion for medical aesthetics. Before becoming a certified physician assistant, Taylor worked in our office as a medical assistant for a year, and we’re thrilled to welcome her back in this new role. She has a special interest in vitality and wellness, with expertise in skin rejuvenation treatments such as Sofwave™, Genius®, HALO®, and BBL. Taylor also offers anti-aging solutions, including peptide therapy, Botox®, and Juvéderm® injectable treatments. Her approach combines clinical knowledge with a patient-focused mindset to help individuals look and feel their best.
Brooke Sweet
Brooke graduated from Lincoln Memorial University and has been a Registered Nurse for 21 years. Her clinical background and attention to detail make her a perfect fit for our team! Brooke is an expert in administering injectables such as neurotoxins, dermal fillers, body fillers, and Kybella, as well as laser, microneedling with radiofrequency, hair restoration, and sclerotherapy treatments. She is passionate about patient education and providing excellent outcomes for patients.
Chesney Ross
Chesney Ross has been a valued aesthetic provider in our office since September 2021. Her personal experience with acne sparked a deep interest in skincare and led her to pursue formal training at the Tennessee School of Beauty, where she graduated in 2021. Chesney is certified in a range of treatments including DiamondGlow, chemical peels, microneedling with PRP, laser services, dermaplaning, facials, brow enhancements, and complimentary skincare consultations. She is passionate about helping others achieve visible, lasting results and creates personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient’s goals.
Melissa Edmonds
Melissa Edmonds is a board-certified licensed aesthetician and experienced body contouring specialist. After years as a successful business owner, she pursued her passion for aesthetics and now brings extensive knowledge and personalized care to every client. Melissa specializes in body contouring treatments using CoolSculpting, Sofwave, RF Microneedling, CoolTone, and PureImpact. She also offers a range of skincare services including DiamondGlow® facials, chemical peels, laser treatments, and dermaplaning. Ali Snyder
Ali Snyder began her journey at Brooke Nix Medical Aesthetics as a medical assistant and has advanced to the role of Clinical Supervisor. With three years of dedicated service, she plays a vital role in overseeing clinic operations, provider schedules, and ensuring a seamless patient experience. Ali also manages marketing and social media efforts, helping to elevate the practice’s presence and engagement. She fosters strong relationships with industry representatives to keep the clinic at the forefront of gold-standard treatments and products. Her leadership, organization, and commitment make her an indispensable part of the team.
Brittiany Hodge
Brittiany obtained her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee. After spending many years in ophthalmology as a clinical technician and front office coordinator, she left ophthalmology to pursue a career in medical aesthetics management. She loves one-on-one patient care and desires patients to have an exceptional in-office experience.
Dr. David Lo
David Lo graduated from Duke University and then Tufts School of Medicine. He then was placed at General Hospital in Boston for his internship and was a postdoctoral research fellow at Stanford University in California. Dr. Lo serves as Medical Director at Brooke Nix Medical Aesthetics and as a distinguished Plastic Surgeon with Premier Surgical Associates in Knoxville, and brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the practice. He performs complex breast and general reconstruction, as well as aesthetic surgery of the face, breasts, and body. Dr. Lo operates at the Premier Surgical Surgery Center, Tennova North and Turkey Creek, Parkwest, and Fort Sanders Regional Medical Centers. Dr. Lo’s comprehensive education and extensive training support his commitment to patient care, ensuring that every procedure at Brooke Nix Medical Aesthetics is performed with the highest level of expertise and attention to detail.
